Local Diagnostic
The diagnostic runs locally on your Windows machine. It does not upload reports and has no telemetry by default.
Payment Data
Lemon Squeezy handles purchase and payment data as merchant of record. We receive purchase records needed for fulfillment, support, and refunds.
Support Reports
Optional support reports may be manually reviewed if you choose to send them. Send only support-submission.zip, or root-level workstation-report.md, workstation-report.json, and the matching completed intake file. Do not send raw credentials, auth files, nested folders, duplicate report/intake filenames, or blank bundled templates.
Retention
Support reports are deleted after 30 days unless you request continued help.
Your Requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of support information associated with your purchase through support.
Beta email follow-up is CAN-SPAM compliant and includes an unsubscribe path. Pine AI is used only for opt-in or warm follow-up.
If Pine AI is used for an approved follow-up, the minimum needed contact details, such as name, email address, and follow-up context, may be shared with Pine AI. Pine AI must not be used until its privacy-policy link is added to this notice and the buyer has opted in or already has a warm relationship with the seller.
