$49 Paid Beta Kit

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase if you cannot run the diagnostic after following the setup guide and contacting support, or if the kit materially fails to produce the advertised local pass/warn/fail report.

$149 Human-Gated Async Review

Refunds are available before manual review begins. Once review work begins, refunds are discretionary unless the service is not delivered within the stated SLA.

Not Covered

Refunds are not granted because a buyer lacks third-party account access, API keys, model access, or because the buyer expected done-for-you setup from the $49 or $149 offers.
