After You Buy

1. Download and unzip the versioned kit.
2. Double-click RUN-DIAGNOSTIC.cmd. For the manual PowerShell fallback, open OPEN-ME-FIRST.html.
3. The readable report opens automatically at kit\reports\workstation-report.html. Use its Recommended Fix Order.
4. If you need help, copy the support template with Copy-Item .\kit\templates\support-request.md .\support-request.md, then complete support-request.md using the report's Primary issue category.
5. Create the support bundle with powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\kit\prepare-support-bundle.ps1 -ReportDir .\kit\reports -OutputDir .\support-bundle -Mode support -IntakePath .\support-request.md.
6. Use the approved support path for support-bundle\support-submission.zip, or the exact report files plus completed support template if support explicitly asks for unzipped files.

The kit does not upload reports or add telemetry.
